Ethical Sourcing
We are committed to the highest standards of ethical sourcing practices to protect the rights of workers and the communities from which we source. Our ethical sourcing program advances ongoing improvement through measurable and actionable insight.

Ethical Sourcing Policies
All suppliers are required to comply with our Supplier Ethical Code of Conduct, which reflects the International Labour Organization (ILO) core standards and The United Nation’s Guiding Principles on Human Rights (UNGPs) and is reviewed annually.
Supplier Relationships & Sourcing Locations
Like us, our customers care about where our products come from, how they are made and how people who make those products are treated.
Our direct sourcing relationships allow us to work in close partnership with manufacturers and we source our products from countries including China and India.
Ethical Sourcing Program & Requirements
Our Ethical Sourcing program currently covers all tier 1 factories in our supply chain, and includes the following requirements:
- Annual audits for all factories, following the Elevate Responsible Sourcing Assessment (ERSA) or other approved audit methodology.
- Remediation and corrective action plan management to ensure issues are actively addressed.
- Production verification assessments or in-line and final inspections, ensuring product is only made in approved factories.
- Anonymous worker sentiment surveys.
Modern Slavery Reporting
Our Modern Slavery Statement and annual report can be accessed on the Premier Investments website here.
Living wage
As a retailer, we are committed to ensuring that all workers in our supply chain receive a Living Wage that meets their basic needs and allows for a level of discretionary income. We believe fair wages are essential for the well-being of workers and their families, and we actively encourage our suppliers to adopt Living Wage practices. Our commitment to ethical sourcing and responsible business practices drives us to continuously improve and uphold these standards. Our full position on Living Wage with our work to date and future milestones can be read here.
